Singular Number কে plural এ রূপান্তর করার নিয়মাবলি 03
08. কতকগুলো singular noun এর শেষে en অথবা ren যোগ করে plural করতে হয় ।
Child-children,
Ox-oxen,
Brother-brethren.
09. কতকগুলো noun দেখতে plural হলেও আসলে singular:
News,
Mathematics,
Economics,
Physics,
Civics,
Gallows,
Ethics,
Politics etc.
10. কতকগুলো noun দেখতে singular হলেও আসলে plural:
Mankind,
Poultry,
Luggage,
Cattle,
Herd,
Folk,
Vermin,
People,
Clergy,
Peasantry,
Artillery etc.
11. কতকগুলো noun সর্বদাই singular কখনও plural হয় না:
Scenery,
Sheep,
Salmon,
Furniture,
Ornament,
Poetry,
Dozen,
Public,
Information,
Expenditure etc.
